Work experience

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oregon State University, learning business strategy and corporate structure.

I used this knowledge working in customer service, selling and setting up Apple devices for five years. By 2016, I realized I wanted to improve the way customers used devices like these, pursuing further education in UX and Content Design. After two years, I became a UX Designer on contract with large companies and later transitioned to UX Content Writing for a major tax preparation firm, allowing me to work in both fields with equal passion.

In my free time, I enjoy fútbol with my wife, exploring national parks, and being a father of a feisty miniature dachshund.
