Designing an online AI tool to help tax pros help their clients effectively

When questions are asked during a tax appointment, tax pros need to help their clients quickly. As a Content Writer, I was tasked with creating instructive content inside a new in-house AI search tool to help tax pros locate answers to their clients' tax questions. Use of this new tool improved how fast returns are filed by tax pros, as well as the trust clients have in their tax pros when working with them.
